TIPS For Dinner
· Second Week
Full boiled mix vegetables / salad, soup, capcay, sausage stew, Baso. Eat until satisfied its ok,but no rice, noodles or bread.
· third week
Combined with the bread, cakes but I can not too much and every day. 1 month strictly according to the first pattern above, if the weight has reached a set.
