<p><strong>TIPS For  Dinner</strong></p>
<p>· <strong>Second Week</strong><br />
Full boiled mix vegetables / salad, soup, capcay, sausage stew, Baso.  Eat until satisfied its ok,but no rice, noodles or bread.</p>
<p>·<strong> third week </strong><br />
Combined with the bread, cakes  but I can not too much and every day. 1 month strictly according to the first pattern above, if the weight has reached a set.</p>
